I used to live in the fast lane — a high-performing woman in a high-pressure world. But somewhere along the way, I started losing touch with myself.
During a retreat in Nepal, I discovered chakra meditation and crystal rituals. For the first time in years, I felt peace. That healing experience inspired me to start Moon Zen — to create space for other women like me to breathe, feel, and realign.
